**We are more than happy to accommodate special
needs diets with advanced notice**
Breakfast: $13 per person; $1 per year of child's age
Expect a great breakfast to start your day off right. Daily you will enjoy juice, yogurt, fruit, eggs, milk, and coffee. In addition you will receive a hot entree that may include pancakes, coffee cake, waffles, breakfast burritos, french toast with ham, bacon, or sausage, or biscuits & gravy, or hash browns to tempt your taste buds.
Lunch ($12.00 / person)
Expect sandwiches, using a variety of breads, meats, cheeses, spreads, and vegetables (for vegetarians) or Cowboy Sandwiches (bread dough stuffed with stuff & baked), fruit, cookies (the homemade kind), veggies, and granola bars. Plan to bring your own reusable water bottles.
Dinner: $25 per person; $2 per year of child's age
Sit down to a wonderful home-cooked dinner to end your day. As you arrive in the dining room, the smells from the kitchen will give you a hint of what's to come.
A typical evening meal includes a freshly-made salad, a meat cooked outdoors over an Aspen fire, along with a vegetarian option, potatoes, rice, or pasta, roasted vegetables, hot out-of-the-oven bread, biscuits, or corn bread. And last, but not least is a home-made dessert of pie, cheesecake, cake, or another cooks’ whipped up concoction. Ice-cream is made from scratch, too.
**Guests are welcome to bring wine, beer, or drink of choice to have with dinner. Non-alcoholic beverages are served.**
NOTE: Meal reservations are required one week before arrival; thirty days for groups. Please indicate any special needs diets the cook should be aware of.
