We offer, with pride, our suites and the river cabin as accommodations for your use and enjoyment. All have undergone recent renovations. Grounds are kept clean and tidy. All accommodations are non-smoking. A laundry is available for guest use.

There is a new picnic spot along the river for your use to cook out and enjoy an evening fire. Wood, picnic tables, and water are provided. Plan to bring your own charcoal for cooking on. A yard light is close by. You will salivate over the smells, listen to the flow of the river, look up at the mountain...

Please Note:

  • There are no TVs, telephones, or WIFI in the accommodations.
  • You are welcome to use the ranch landline as there is no cell phone service.
  • There is limited internet access.
  • Pets are allowed, with advance approval, in Beartooth and Pilot Suites. Charge per pet: $40/day, $240/week. Guests arriving with pets without advance approval forfeit their reservation and deposit.

Loft Suites

These accommodations are on the second floor of the “suite building” providing an excellent view of the grounds, river, and mountain. Each are two bedrooms with a kitchen and bath and sleep four people (Pilot Peak has a sofa/sleeper to sleep 6).

Bedrooms separated from the living area offer privacy. Kids love the loft bedroom. These suites are suitable for families, couples, and singles—available from May through October.

Beartooth Suite

With five bedrooms and two baths, this space comfortably handles 12 people. This ground-floor suite has, on one end, an entryway mudroom and a huge kitchen and dining area. The other end boasts a very large living room, complete with a glass-front wood burning stove.

The bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry are in the center. This is an excellent choice for reunions, large families, and groups of fishermen, hunters, hikers, bicyclists, etc. Available May through October.

1-8 people $505/night; $2927/week
For each additional person to total of 12 - add $15/night; $90/week

The River Cabin

This one is a popular choice for couples and families, and sleeps four people. This two-bedroom, one bath with kitchen cabin is just feet from the river nestled in tall pines. A fire in the woodstove makes for a cozy night. Available late May through September.

1-4 people $245/night; $1221/week

Lodging Notes

Price includes sales and lodging tax.

Check-in time: After 4:00 p.m.

Check-out time: By 9:00 a.m.

Check with housekeeping 24 hours before arrival if you want other check-in/out times.

Deposits and Refunds:Due to COVID-19, no deposits are required for 2021. It is respectfully requested cancelations be made in a timely manner.

With less than 60 days notice, deposit is refunded if unit is rebooked with 15% processing fee.
