Lunch: $13

Makings are put out at breakfast time for you to create your own lunch. Expect items for sandwiches like a variety of breads, meats and cheeses, nut butters and jellies, and spreads. Fruits, veggies, cookies (the home-made ones), and something else round out your options. Plan to bring your own reusable water bottle.

Dinner: $27 per person, $2 per year of child's age

Sit down to a wonderful home-cooked dinner to end your day. As you arrive in the dining room, the smells from the kitchen will give you a hint of what's to come.

A typical evening meal includes a freshly-made salad, a meat cooked outdoors over an Aspen fire, along with a vegetarian option, potatoes, rice, or pasta, roasted vegetables, hot out-of-the-oven bread, biscuits, or corn bread. And last, but not least is a home-made dessert of pie, cheesecake, cake, or another cooks’ whipped up concoction. Ice-cream is made from scratch, too.
