Lodging

We offer, with pride our suites building as accommodations for your use and enjoyment. They are rented as housekeeping units and are non-smoking. A laundry is available for guests' use.

A picnic area along the river provided with a fire pit, wood, tables and benches, water, and a yard light makes an nice open gathering spot. Plan to bring your own charcoal to cook over. You will salivate over the smells, hear the flow of the river, feel the breeze as it ruffles the willows, gaze up at the mountain...

Please Note:

  • There are no TVs, telephones, or WIFI in the accommodations.
  • You are welcome to use the ranch landline as there is no cell phone service.
  • There is limited internet access.
  • Pets are allowed, with advance approval, in Beartooth and Pilot Suites. Charge per pet: $40/day, $240/week. Guests arriving with pets without advance approval forfeit their reservation and deposit.

Loft Suites

These accommodations are on the second floor of the “suite building” providing an excellent view of the grounds, river, and mountain. Each are two bedrooms with a kitchen and bath and sleep four people (Pilot Peak has a sofa/sleeper to sleep 6).

Bedrooms separated from the living area offer privacy. Kids love the loft bedroom. These suites are suitable for families, couples, and singles—available from May through October.

Beartooth Suite

With five bedrooms and two baths, this space comfortably handles 12 people. This ground-floor suite has, on one end, an entryway mudroom and a huge kitchen and dining area. The other end boasts a very large living room, complete with a glass-front wood burning stove.

The bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry are in the center. This is an excellent choice for reunions, large families, and groups of fishermen, hunters, hikers, bicyclists, etc. Available May through October.

Beartooth Suite Pricing

1-8 people $556/daily; $3,225/weekly
For each additional person to total of twelve, add $20/daily; $116/weekly

Note: Those paying by credit card will pay a 5% fee to do so.

Lodging Notes

Price includes sales and lodging tax.

Check-in time: After 4:00 p.m.

Check-out time: By 9:00 a.m.

Check with housekeeping 24 hours before arrival if you want other check-in/out times.

Deposits: A 50% deposit on accommodations is required to hold your reservation. If a reservation is made in the year before, the deposit is due March 1. If a reservation is made in the same year, the deposit is due at the time of booking with a credit card or two weeks when sending a check.

Refunds: Deposits are refunded with sixty days' notice. If a deposit is paid with a credit card, 5% will be deducted. With sixty days' notice, the deposit is non-refundable unless unit rebooks.
