an absolutely PERFECT day our wedding was! The whole weekend, actually.
I don't know if you ordered that sunny day for us, but if you did,
God Bless you :) The wedding was gorgeous, the reception was lovely,
and the dance was awesome! And the rehearsal dinner, next-day-brunch,
and all of the meals were just spectacular! I have not one single
complaint. Everything was just as I imagined it would be and I
feel like such a lucky girl!
"Rena and I were married
at HPR with family coming from 6 states to enjoy a beautiful,
very enjoyable and comfortable time with our family.. The accommodations
were superb along with tremendous flexibility to meet our needs
and wants...the owners and staff met our every need to make this
event a time to remember for decades to come...we recommend HPR
to anyone from anywhere to enjoy their stay with you."
Let me ask you these questions:
Reunions are great get to-gathers for families scattered from everywhere. Meeting here is a wonderful location for several reasons. This ranch and the area offer great recreational opportunities; fishing, hiking, just to name a few. Yellowstone Park is nearby. Cody and Red Lodge are each an hour's drive with such gorgeous scenery along the way. And, the ranch has the flexibility and affordability to meet member's schedules and budgets.
Our accommodations are set up to handle groups very well. Most are two bedroom suites with a loft bedroom. The large, five-bedroom suite is a super gathering place for reunion members. Two Cabins round out the sleeping options. We are set up to handle up to 42 people. For reunions and groups over that number, arrangements can be made with local private cabin owners and other commercial operators in the immediate area.
You are welcome to come into the lodge dining room for any, some, or all of your meals during your stay. Large group meal reservations need to be made 30 days before arrival. Special dietary requests should be made at that time. Accommodations have kitchens providing for flexible eating arrangements.
Our front room of the lodge is the central gathering location for all guests. Conversing around the fireplace in the evening is a pleasant way to reconnect with your family & friends. Cards, books, and puzzles provide rainy day fun. The grounds offer picnic tables and benches for your use. Lawn games include croquet, volleyball, and horseshoes. Feel free to bring games of you own to enjoy.
Reunion Planning Questions:
Special requests are considered as well. As an example: one reunion displayed family memorabilia in the front room for all to look over at their leisure.
We celebrate them every year. For your next one, come to the mountains. Bring your family and friends. Spending the day engaged in your favorite activity, and enjoying a scrumptious cake and ice cream following dinner of your favorites, makes for a very nice day.
